Camembert

Com'n Bear

This unique french style Camembert has a creamy, slightly yellow interior. When fresh, it is firm, but when maturing, it becomes smooth and rich and develops a delicate mushroom, earthy flavour.

Fully matured, Camembert goes well with fruit, such as red grapes or figs and enjoys being paired with red wine paste, almonds and crusty wood oven bread. It goes very well with a light red or dry white.
